New Director of Development for Care Synergy and Affiliates


Care Synergy announced Amy Farnan has been selected as Director of Development for hospice, palliative care, and home health Affiliates across the Care Synergy network. Affiliates include The Denver Hospice, Pathways Hospice in Fort Collins and the Colorado Visiting Nurses Association that serves patients across the Colorado Front Range.

Farnan will lead fundraising and donor development efforts for three of Care Synergy’s Affiliates and will bring local, regional, and national awareness for the work being done in hospice, palliative, home health care and the soon to be launched Colorado PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly).

Farnan has more than 20 years of nonprofit experience as a fundraising and development leader in Colorado. Most recently, she worked as Chief Development Officer for the National Foundation to End Child Abuse & Neglect. Farnan also spent 6 years as Director of Philanthropy for Craig Hospital Foundation. Currently, she is the president and board member for the Association of Fundraising Professionals in Denver. Farnan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado.

Farnan will start as Director of Development on Monday, March 18th.
